“Feels Like Home” Healing Session:
This session focuses on balancing the crown, third eye, and throat chakra, with a brief touch on the heart chakra.
We work to contain and reset over-active chakra activity that can lead to ascension symptoms, headaches, anxiety, and feeling ungrounded in the body.
But mainly, it focuses on inviting you to come home to yourself and to embrace the human experience.
It welcomes you to feel at home here on Earth, and reminds you of the work we’ve chosen to come here to do.
“rooted & Restored” Healing session:
This session focuses on balancing the lower chakras- the sacral, solar plexus, and root chakra. We work to really anchor into Mother Earth, and release anything that’s been keeping you from fully grounding into your body.
This builds the foundation for nervous system safety, which is necessary for a balanced life here on Earth, and especially helpful if you’re a human that feels called to intentionally manifest material wealth.
“Naturally abundant” Healing session:
This session focuses on reminding you of your natural birthright to abundance, how abundance is all around us, how Mother Nature is the original form of currency and exchange and provision, and begins to initiate you into more wealth from a place of wholeness.
This pairs perfectly with the content in the Classroom around Earth-Magic abundance rituals, and the milestone gift that’s titled “From Anxious to Anchored Abundance.”
As a manifestation coach, I felt really called to add this layer of wealth work, as money is so deeply connected to our sense of safety, provision, and needs being met in this current version of Earth.

The way humans have been approaching manifestation and spirituality is making them sick.
We forgot along the way that we are spirits having a human experience, and not the other way around.
When we are conditioned by religion, for example, to be looking for a savior outside of ourselves, to condemn and suppress our human nature, to do everything in our power to “kill our egos,” and to consistently be centering our lives around pleasing a deity that we can’t see… we lose our humanity.
We lose touch with each other, and more sadly… we lose touch with our own vessels, our wisdom, our magic.
So many coaches and healers focused on opening the chakras, helping you become MORE pyschic and sensitive, and helping you go higher into the quantum/astral realms.
(And I myself have programs that I offer where this energy and focus is really helpful in getting clients results!)
But after 3 years now of intentionally pushing my spiritual gifts to their max, and working with over 14,000 clients (yes really), I’ve noticed a pattern, and something that needs to be called out and that is:
Sometimes going HIGHER into the astral and quantum realms (AKA playing in the Spirit World) is NOT healthy for our human bodies without meeting ourselves with the same amount of grounding.
There are Universal Laws that support the idea that you should/can only ever go as HIGH up as you’ve rooted DOWN.
Focusing too much on expanding, quantum leaping, manifesting, etc without equally catering to the fact that you are in a human body (that has real needs, a nervous system, spiritual hygiene requirements, boundaries, and breaking points) leads to burnout and ascension symptoms that feel really uncomfortable.
As an energy healer, I’ve held space for about 5,000 paying clients, and have done MANY mini healing sessions via social media that have likely reached over 1,000,000 people.
I noticed that my physical body was taking the hit, and it was becoming an absolute non-negotiable to take care of myself.
This meant walks, eating right, taking my supplements, giving myself Reiki, meditating, sitting in silence, boundaries with people in my life, and most importantly- GROUNDING.
